Please come to this Gala Reception to celebrate the unveiling of the design of the first owner-designed neighborhood in Anchorage!  We’ve been working on the design since June, and we’d love to show you what we’ve come up with!  Check out a three-dimensional model and an architectural rendering of what Ravens’ Roost Cohousing will look like.  Also see our Site Plan, Common House layout, and floor plans for all 35 units.  Enjoy wine, cheese, and music while you meet some of the members.  Help us celebrate the founding of this unique neighborhood — a place that values people over cars, encourages neighbors to get to know one another, saves energy and resources, and is kid- and elder-friendly.
