Ground Breaking Celebration! – Ravens' Roost Cohousing

Please join us to celebrate the start of construction of Ravens’ Roost! Representatives from The Petersen Group and First National Bank Alaska and will participate in the festivities. Bring the whole family to enjoy live music by our member Alden, juggler Jim Kerr, and fun for kids of all ages! Refreshments will be served. Meet our members and see our architectural renderings, wood model of our site, and informational displays. Please arrive early to allow time to park and walk to the site.

LOCATION: Look for the big canopy tent near the house at 3447 Abbott Road. Only members of the press are allowed to park in that driveway.

PARKING: We are grateful to Abbott Loop Community Church for granting our guests permission to park in their lot at the SE corner of Abbott Road and Lake Otis Parkway — just cross at the corner to the north side of Abbott and walk east 1/2 mile on the paved trail to Little Brook Street. Walk up Little Brook Street about 100 feet and go straight on the narrow gravel road — you’ll see balloons, our banner, and a parking director.
Guests may also park on public streets in the surrounding neighborhood of Little Brook Street / Link Brook Court / Spruce Brook St. / Mountain Brook Court, or to the east of the property on King David Drive. Please stay out of the marked construction area — you may need to walk around to the front of the property. Thank you for your cooperation.
