Come get a tour of our land, now that some of the forest has been cleared. If the weather is nice, we’ll have a fire going in a fire pit, and displays next to the little red barn. This is your opportunity to experience the layout for the first Anchorage neighborhood designed by the residents, for the residents.  Meet the pioneers and consider becoming a settler!  Kids warmly welcome.

Directions: From the intersection of Abbott Road and Lake Otis Parkway, go east .5 mile on Abbott Rd.  Turn left (north) onto Little Brook, and drive straight ahead up the narrow gravel driveway. Park on either the south or north side of the buildings. In the event of rain or snow, we will have heat and displays inside the barn.

Displays will include our 3-D wood model of our site, updated renderings, photos from other cohousing neighborhoods across the country, and floor plans for 35 homes and ourcommon house. Our site plan maximizes southern exposure and encourages neighbors to get to know each other.
