Common House Programming Workshop

For members only (so become a member!).  Mary Kraus, cohousing architect with Kraus-Fitch in Massachusetts, will facilitate our group in designing our common facilities.  What will our Common House look like?  And what will it include, aside from a large kitchen, dining area, and lounge?  Options include a kids’ play room, laundry room, guest rooms, root cellar, offices, fitness room, music/arts/crafts room?  It’s all up to us.

Other common facilities designed at the workshop include a workshop and possibly a greenhouse.
